Vogelhaus

'Vogelhaus' is a server in the shape of a birdhouse that uses a decentralized peer-to-peer network. We installed the server 'Vogelhaus' to seed our projects and to sensitize people and artists for the independence of decentralized networks. When visitors open the door of the birdhouse, they can enter their email address to receive a link to our project page and instructions on how to use the decentralized peer-to-peer network via the Beaker Browser. To guide visitors to the birdhouse, we have designed bird shit stickers that we distribute on the floor of the building. ‘Vogelhaus’ was designed in collaboration width Raphaël Bastide (Floating Swarm), Minhye Chang, Niklas Etz, Marisa Gaab, Kiyu Nishida, Nina Overkott, Dario Schmid and John Weber.
